AI visibility for
Singapore businesses
OG01 returns an Authority Rating from 0 to 100 for a Singapore business, built from four scoring cards, with the specific gaps behind the number and a rescore to prove what changed. The reading is produced from outside your domain using publicly observable information only. OG01 is an Australian platform with no Singapore office; Singapore businesses are worked with remotely — which, on a two-hour time difference, is considerably less of a compromise than it sounds.
No login, no card. Works on .sg, .com.sg and .com domains alike.
Being a regional headquarters makes you harder to name, not easier
Singapore's position as an Asia-Pacific base is an asset commercially and a liability for machine comprehension. A large share of the businesses operating here are the regional arm of something larger: an APAC headquarters, a subsidiary of a global brand, a licensed operator of a franchise, or a holding entity that trades under a name recognised in a dozen countries.
For a system deciding who to name in an answer, that produces a specific kind of ambiguity. Is the entity the global brand or the Singapore company? Which one does a question about Singapore refer to? Almost all the corroboration — coverage, references, third-party descriptions — attaches to the global identity, while the local entity that actually serves the customer is thinly described and often exists mainly as a page on someone else's site.
The result is counter-intuitive: a well-known international brand can be less likely to be named for a Singapore-specific question than a smaller domestic competitor whose single entity resolves cleanly and whose pages plainly state where it operates. Global recognition does not transfer automatically to a local question.
The UEN is a strong anchor if you actually use it
Singapore-registered entities carry a Unique Entity Number, a single identifier issued for the organisation. As a foundation for entity clarity that is excellent — one authoritative identifier, publicly associated with a registered name.
What weakens it is how rarely the registered identity appears in the places systems actually read. The registered entity sits in official records; the website presents a global brand name; directories carry a trading style; and nothing anywhere states the relationship between the three in a form a machine can follow. The anchor exists and nothing is tied to it.
Domain choice compounds it. A .com.sg is a meaningful marker of a Singapore-registered presence, but many regional businesses run a global .com with a country path or subfolder instead, so the local entity has no domain of its own to accumulate anything against.
English is an advantage that is easy to waste
Business here operates in English, which removes an obstacle that faces much of the region: the content a system retrieves and the language a customer asks in are usually the same. That is a genuine head start.
It gets wasted in two familiar ways. Content is written for a global audience and never says "Singapore" in a form that answers a Singapore-specific question. And brand names that appear in more than one script or transliteration across different sources fragment the corroboration between variants that a system has no obvious reason to treat as the same organisation.
Four scoring cards, one composite
- Brand Intelligence — whether your organisation resolves to one entity, which for a regional business means whether the local company and the global brand are connected in a machine-readable way rather than merely obvious to a human.
- Search Intelligence — how you are retrieved and positioned in conventional search, an input to what assistants can find rather than a decision about what they say.
- AI Readiness — whether your pages can be fetched and parsed, and whether Singapore-specific questions are answered in passages that stand alone.
- AI Risk & Exposure — stale, inaccurate or conflicting information about you in the sources these systems draw on, including entries left behind by an earlier regional structure.
Those four, and only those four, produce the composite Authority Rating.
Two hours apart, and no local presence
OG01 has no Singapore office, no Singapore staff, no local telephone number and no Singapore incorporation. It is an Australian platform available to businesses operating in or targeting Singapore. Readings are produced from outside your domain and remediation is coordinated remotely.
The practical difference from most remote arrangements is the clock. Singapore Standard Time sits two hours behind Australian eastern time, so the working days overlap almost completely. Calls happen at reasonable hours for both parties without anyone taking an evening, which is a material advantage over a supplier operating from Europe or North America.
Billing for Singapore customers is in US dollars. Australian dollar pricing applies only in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific territories we serve, and no claim is made about compliance with Singapore-specific regulation — that remains your own responsibility and your own advisers'.
Where it earns its keep
- Regional marketing leads accountable for an APAC market whose global brand assets do not translate into local answers.
- Domestic Singapore businesses competing against international brands and needing to know where the actual gap is rather than assuming it is size.
- Agencies with regional clients, for whom an independent reading separates the diagnosis from the party quoting for the fix.
- Not for you if you need local incorporation, an on-the-ground team, or a guarantee about what an AI system will say.
The boundaries of this measurement
No guarantee of rankings, citations or inclusion in any AI answer. No claim to know how any assistant selects its sources. No promise about timing. No assertion about compliance with local law in any market. Where a value cannot be measured it is reported as unmeasured rather than as a zero, and where a site refuses an automated request the result is Not Rated rather than a manufactured low score. Review the explanation before changing your configuration; the result alone does not establish the cause or whether other crawlers can reach your site. The linked FAQ explains retries and support.
