What OG01 costs

The score is free. The two readings are one-off purchases — $79 for the Snapshot and $399 for the Full Intelligence Report, or $299 if you already hold a Snapshot for the same domain. Only managed remediation is a subscription, because only remediation is ongoing work. Nothing on this page requires a card to try, and nothing renews because you bought a reading.

These are not three products. They are one reading of your domain, opened to three different depths. Nothing is re-run when you buy a deeper one, so the number you saw for free is the number the paid version explains.

An Authority Rating from 0 to 100, a reading on each of the four intelligence areas, and the highest-priority actions behind the number. About ninety seconds, no login, no card. An email address is asked for so the summary can be sent to you.

Snapshot — $79 one-off

The full scan rather than the summary: all four core Smart Cards opened, a priority action plan, and the competitor gap analysis. Bought once, against one domain.

Full Intelligence Report — $399 one-off

Remediation

The only part that is a subscription

A reading tells you what is wrong. Remediation is the work of fixing it, and because that work is continuous it is priced as a plan rather than a purchase: a setup fee plus a monthly subscription, sized by how many sites you have and how much work you want done each month. Plans run from a single site through to portfolio and enterprise scale.

Work is metered in remediation units — one unit is one completed authority improvement, such as a schema deployment, an entity alignment, a crawl fix or a citation correction. Boost packs and faster turnaround options are available inside the platform once you are on a plan.

US$ and A$ are separate prices, not a conversion

You are billed in Australian dollars if you are in Australia, New Zealand or the Pacific territories we serve, and in US dollars everywhere else. The currency is chosen by your location at checkout, so the figure shown against a plan is what you will actually be charged — not an exchange-rate estimate that moves between quote and invoice.

Choosing

Which one you actually need

Start free, always. The free score tells you whether there is a problem worth paying to understand, and it confirms your site can be read at all. If a domain comes back Not Rated, read the Not Rated FAQ and resolve the explanation with support before buying anything.
Buy the Snapshot when the free number is worse than you expected and you want the full scan and the competitor comparison without the implementation depth.
Buy the Full Intelligence Report when the next question is what to do, in what order, and you need detail specific enough to hand to a developer or an agency.
Take a remediation plan when you would rather the work were done than specified, or when the fixes are ongoing rather than a one-off pass.

Buying a reading does not sign you up to anything. There is no trial to cancel, no seat, and no minimum term on the $79 or $399 purchases — the subscription applies to remediation plans only.

What the price does not buy

Stated plainly, because the category is loose about it

No price here buys a ranking, a citation or a mention in an AI answer. OG01 measures conditions that are observable from outside your business, reports which of them are working against you, and measures them again after the work so the change is evidence rather than an assurance. Whether an independent AI system then selects you is that system's decision, and no measurement platform can see inside it.

Nor does any price buy a guaranteed improvement in the score itself. A rescore reports what changed, including when the answer is that nothing did. That is the point of running the same measurement twice.

That means the figure shown against a plan is the figure charged, rather than an estimate that moves with the exchange rate.

Do you offer refunds if the score does not improve?

No, and no honest measurement product could. What you buy is the measurement and the evidence behind it, not an outcome from a third-party AI system nobody outside that company can control. A rescore reports what changed, including when the answer is that nothing did.
