Understanding your result
Not Rated.
Here’s what to do next.
This scan did not produce enough evidence for a supported overall score. It is not a zero or a verdict on your business.

Make sense of Not Rated.
Why did my website get Not Rated?
OG01 could not gather enough reliable evidence to issue an overall score on that run. A site may refuse automated access, show a bot challenge, take too long to respond or provide too little readable content. A temporary problem with the scan or a data source can also interrupt the reading. Use the explanation attached to your result; Not Rated alone does not identify the cause.
Does Not Rated mean my score is zero?
No. A zero is a measured score. Not Rated means there is not enough evidence for a supported overall score. Any individual measurements shown are separate findings; missing measurements must not be treated as zero.
Should I try again tomorrow?
You can retry later today or tomorrow if the interruption was temporary. Check that you entered the correct public website address first. Waiting does not fix a persistent access rule or a content problem, and a retry is not guaranteed to produce a score. If the same explanation appears again, save it and contact support rather than repeatedly running the check.
My website opens in my browser. Why can’t OG01 read it?
Your browser and an automated scanner can receive different responses. A firewall, login requirement, bot challenge, rate limit or robots.txt rule may affect automated access. Ask your developer or hosting provider to inspect the request and access logs for the scan time before changing anything.
Does this prove AI assistants cannot access my website?
No. Different systems use different crawlers, networks and retrieval methods. A refusal encountered by OG01 is evidence about that request, it does not establish whether other search engines or AI assistants are blocked. Investigate the relevant access rules and logs to establish which systems are affected.
Should I turn off my firewall or bot protection?
Keep your site protections in place. First establish the reason for the refusal with your developer or host. If a change is needed, use a narrowly scoped rule for the verified request rather than disabling protection across the website. Contact OG01 support if you need help identifying the scanner.
Can I still use the findings that are shown?
Yes, where the scan returned evidence for them. Some off-site measurements may still be available even when the website could not be read. Read their scope and any unavailable-data labels. Do not infer missing on-site findings from the measurements that did return.
Is a network error the same as Not Rated?
No. A browser network error means the request or response did not complete successfully. It is not a completed assessment of your website. Retry once, then send support the error message and the page you used if it continues.
What should I send to support?
Email support@og01.ai with your website address, the scan date and time including your time zone, the page you used, and the exact explanation or a screenshot. Include a report or order reference if you have one. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment-card details.
I have already paid for a report. Should I buy another?
Do not purchase a duplicate to resolve an access or delivery problem. Contact support@og01.ai with your order reference and website address so we can check the existing purchase and its report status.
Still need a hand?
Send us the explanation from your result and your website address. We’ll help investigate the next step.
