AI visibility for
Brisbane businesses

When a customer asks an assistant for a business serving their part of Brisbane, your website needs to explain more than what you sell. It needs to make your service area, business identity and relevant experience clear. OG01 assesses observable information about your domain and presents the available findings across four Smart Cards, giving your team a starting point for deciding what deserves attention.

OG01 serves Brisbane remotely from Byron Bay. The initial website check requires no login or payment card.

A useful local distinction

Your address and your service area do different jobs

A business may have an office in the CBD and serve customers on both sides of the river. Another may visit customers from a home base without offering a walk-in location. State which arrangement applies. A postal address is not evidence that customers can visit, and a Brisbane address does not tell a customer whether you travel to their suburb.

For a mobile service, explain where you take bookings, any travel conditions and how availability is confirmed. If you also work in Logan, Ipswich or Moreton Bay, describe the actual coverage rather than treating all of South East Queensland as an interchangeable location. These are examples of information to review, not a claim that OG01 has found an error on your site.

  • Check the contact page: distinguish the office, postal address and places customers can visit.
  • Read your booking instructions: explain how a customer confirms service at their address.
  • Review location pages: give each a useful purpose, such as different services, access details or a real team.
  • Check external listings: investigate old names and addresses before assuming a website edit has corrected every source.
Planning the review

Choose questions your customer would actually ask

Trades and mobile services

Start with the job and the location: whether you handle the specific repair, where you travel, and how someone books. A clear scope is more useful than a long suburb list with no explanation of the service.

Professional appointments

Separate in-person appointments from remote consultations. Publish the team's relevant experience and the type of client you work with, using claims you can substantiate.

Hospitality and venues

Keep arrival instructions, booking conditions and accessibility information in readable text. Review the accuracy of facts that also appear on reservation platforms.

Businesses with several locations

Associate each location with its own contact details and available services. A shared brand does not mean every branch offers the same appointment, stock or opening hours.

Turn the reading into a bounded task

The free check combines Brand Intelligence, Search Intelligence, AI Readiness and AI Risk & Exposure. Read the evidence alongside the numbers: an unavailable measurement is not a zero, and a domain-level result does not certify every branch or suburb page. Keep your original reading, choose a supported finding and record what your developer changes.

An AI visibility audit can help organise the available findings. The fix roadmap explains how to turn findings into a sequence of work. Neither a website score nor a content edit guarantees inclusion in an AI answer.

Brisbane questions

Before you check your website

Does OG01 have a Brisbane office?
No. OG01 is based in Byron Bay and supports Brisbane businesses remotely. This page describes the market we serve, not an additional business address.
Will the score tell me which Brisbane suburbs I rank in?
The domain reading is not a suburb-by-suburb ranking report. Use the findings within their stated scope. If you need a location-specific investigation, agree the questions and coverage before commissioning work.
Should I make a page for every suburb I serve?
Only create a page when it provides useful, distinct information for customers. A service-area explanation may be more helpful than many pages with the same text and different suburb names.
What happens if my Brisbane website is Not Rated?
Read the explanation returned by the scan and the Not Rated FAQ. It covers retries and support without assuming your business is at fault. Missing evidence does not justify a manufactured low score.
Where can I compare the paid options?
The pricing page describes the current report and improvement options. Start with the free check and contact support if the reading needs clarification before you buy.
