Managed Improvement is OG01’s managed remediation programme — the ongoing work of fixing and improving the issues identified in your report, across all five Smart Cards. Improvement units are how that work is measured.
That shape is the pattern, not a fixed schedule. Your actual work comes from your Full Intelligence Report and your current findings, so no two programmes run the same sequence.

It covers site verification and onboarding, your Full Intelligence Report baseline, the site and URL inventory, your five-card improvement workspace, mapping every finding into a ranked work backlog, your first improvement roadmap, and the plan and site limits that shape it. Charged once, at the start, and separate from the monthly subscription.
The subscription is your ongoing improvement capacity. Each month OG01 works through the next highest-priority actions using your plan’s allocation — 10 units on Starter, 30 on Growth, 100 on Scale — along with the people and systems that apply them and the monitoring that catches a regression between readings.
Monthly work may include schema improvements, FAQ and content improvements, entity alignment, crawl and access fixes, structured metadata, citation corrections, Local Intelligence work, and other prioritised authority improvements. It also covers support at your plan’s response level.
One unit represents a completed authority improvement action — not an hour billed and not simply a ticket raised. In practice that is something like deploying schema to a page template, aligning an entity record across sources that disagree, correcting a citation, clearing a crawl or access blocker, or rebuilding a page’s structured metadata.
Larger findings may consume several units, and work is prioritised rather than released all at once. Your monthly improvement units refresh each billing month, keeping the programme moving through the next highest-priority work.
Because order matters more than volume. Fixing the structure of a page before the entity record it depends on is work that has to be done twice, so each month’s units go to the highest-impact findings that are actually ready to be actioned, and the rest are queued in the order that makes them land.
It is also why the programme runs in six-month cycles: the compounding only shows once the foundations are in, and priorities are reviewed at the end of each cycle.

Your monthly plan sets the normal pace of improvement. Boost Packs add extra units when you want more work completed sooner — +5, +15, +30 or +100 units, from US$199 / A$299, available inside the OG01 platform once you are on a Managed Improvement plan. Velocity options (7-day, 72-hour or 24-hour turnaround) sit alongside them.
Boost units are added immediately and are additional to your monthly allowance — they do not replace it. Useful for more schema, additional FAQs, entity improvements, citation work, structured data or other prioritised actions. Boost units stay available while your Managed Improvement subscription is active, so you can use them when the extra work is needed.
Managed Improvement changes the site. Full Rescore measures the change. A Full Rescore is $99 and does not use your monthly improvement units.
