An AI visibility audit
that measures six things
Most things sold as an "AI audit" check one thing — whether AI crawlers are allowed — and stop. That is a prerequisite, not an audit: passing it means a system can read you, and says nothing about whether it will use you. An OG01 audit measures six separable things: visibility, authority, citation, readiness, risk and commercial consequence, with access treated as the precondition it is. The free reading covers all of them at summary depth in about ninety seconds.
Six things that are routinely collapsed into one
These get used interchangeably in sales conversations and they are not the same measurement. Separating them is most of the value, because a business failing on one of them needs completely different work from a business failing on another.
- Visibility — whether you appear at all when the questions your customers ask are put to assistants and search. The outcome measure, and the only one that is directly observed rather than inferred.
- Authority — whether anything other than you supports what you claim. Self-published assertions are the cheapest signal available and are weighted accordingly.
- Citation — whether your pages are usable as a source: a specific claim, stated plainly, attributable to an identifiable organisation. Appearing and being quotable are different properties.
- Readiness — whether your pages can be fetched, parsed and lifted from. Where substance is assembled after load, the retrievable version of your site is not the one you see.
- Risk — what inaccurate, stale or contradictory information about you is already circulating. The dimension businesses are most surprised by, because nothing on their own site is wrong.
- Commercial consequence — which of the above is actually costing you, so the roadmap can be ordered by impact rather than by ease.
Crawler access is a prerequisite, and it is not our service
The practical version: an audit that ends at "your robots.txt is fine" has told you almost nothing. Most domains pass that check and still cannot be named confidently, because the problems are entity ambiguity, uncorroborated claims and unquotable content — none of which a crawler-access checker can see.
Free at summary depth, paid with the evidence attached
The free audit returns an Authority Rating from 0 to 100, a reading on each intelligence area, and the highest-priority actions. It is a real measurement rather than a teaser, and for a good number of businesses it is enough — particularly when the finding is a single structural problem.
The Full Intelligence Report at $399 opens every dimension with the measured signals behind it, adds the competitor authority gap, the prompts used to test how assistants describe you, and implementation detail per finding. That is the version you can hand to a developer or an agency.
An audit that does not end in a plan is a document
Findings arrive ordered by impact, which makes the order the plan. From there you either take the specification to your own team or hand the work over, and in both cases the second reading matters more than the first: the same measurement, run again once the changes have been recrawled, so the difference is attributable rather than asserted.

Is this a check that AI crawlers can reach my site?
Do you investigate why our firewall is blocking crawlers?
How long does an audit take?
Can I audit a competitor?
What if the audit finds nothing much wrong?
How often should we re-audit?
If the audit shows a gap worth acting on, the full reading turns it into an ordered plan with the evidence attached.
